This project started life as a HD steel frame for a resawing table for my bandsaw so I could mill up some oak slabs from chainsaw slabs. I then added a recycled butcherblock top from a commercial workstation that I sanded (left the scars) and epoxied. I wrapped it with 4”x1/4” steel with Cerakote screws.
